Make muffin cakes with muffina

Muffina: 1000 g
Eggs: 400 g
Vegetable oil: 400 g
Water: 100 cc/g

1. Oven
2. Electric mixer with beater
3. Muffin baking pan
4. Muffin cup (diameter 12.8 cm)
5. Ice cream scoop number 16
6. Weighing scale

How to prepare:
1. Pre heat oven at 200°C.
2. Place all ingredients into an electric mixer.
3. Run the electric mixer with beater at low speed for 5 minutes or until smooth.
4. Pour 70 g of batter into muffin cup (muffin baking pan) using ice cream scoop number 16.
5. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
